Not sure where Wednesday and Thursday went, but they did...
We're having Easter dinner here on Saturday night because it's just a little easier so the kids aren't having to eat two big meals; plus trying to coordinate times. We're having an Italian Easter dinner theme this year...
Lasagna, Four Cheese Ravioli's, Bruschetta, Spinach & Artichoke al Forno, Chicken Picatta, Caesar Salad. Desserts: Tiramisu and Chocolate Zuccottio Cake.
I think we'll have to pull out the Wii and play baseball or bowl after eating... LOL Or take naps on the couch ;-) Hopefully, it will be light enough, that a good ole' game of basketball can be played.
I've had so many comments on Huey, Duey, Louey, and Fluey, that I think I'll leave them up as my header for awhile.

love it! We have two here from Toronto, 4 on their way from Ottawa.
I know our Wii will be out, too! I am so grateful we are all together as a family for the first time since mom's funeral (2006).
Naps are a must...my kids never seem to get enough sleep.
Our special (only) granddaughter is going to be a handful. I have to childproof. Hope I remember how!
Oh I love Italian food. My first marriage was to an Italian and we always had lasagna at big holidays along with the turkey, ham, or whatever. Sounds delicious. Have a blessed holiday and enjoy your family.

I love the idea of an "Italian" theme for your meal! I'm having my family tomorrow, also, but we're fixing a traditional Easter meal...(at least for our family)...Pork, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Deviled Eggs, Salads and an Ice Cream Dessert.... :>)
Mmmmm... evrything sounds so good!
We'll just have a quiet meal here, with spiral cut ham ( a real TREAT to find in Australia, let me tell you!) collard greens, tater salad deviled eggs and a green salad.
And then the best part of the day... NAP TIME! ;-)
